Timoci O’Connor is an I-Kiribati-Fijian-Kiwi with 18 years’ experience as an evaluation specialist in the public health, education and the arts, cultural and community sectors. He dedicates his time to facilitating evaluative thinking and learning with emerging indigenous evaluators, and working with community organisations to embed evaluation systems and processes in their work and practice. He also teaches in the Masters of Evaluation and Masters of Public Health at the University of Melbourne.
Timoci has contributed a chapter on culturally safe evaluation for the second edition of The RITP.
